Clinic vs. LLC
Our practice includes two closely related entities that differ primarily in how services are billed. One entity accepts insurance and provides in-network services when applicable, while the other operates as a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance. This structure allows us to offer flexible options for families depending on their needs, preferences, and insurance coverage.

We are out-of-network providers, meaning we do not accept insurance directly and do not participate in insurance panels.
Payment is made by the client at the time of the service. However, many insurance plans will reimburse you a percentage of the bill under your out-of-network benefits.
We can provide you with a receipt for services (a “superbill”) that includes all the information you need to submit a claim to your insurance company.
BSI Clinic
At BSI, we value providing accessible treatment options. Therefore, we have created a separate BSI Clinic where we provide a limited number of time-limited treatment slots. Licensed psychologists at the BSI Clinic currently accept New Jersey Aetna PPO insurance plans only. Our postdoctoral fellows provide lower-cost treatment through the BSI Clinic, and payment is determined via a sliding scale.
