Depending on your goals, treatment may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), family-based interventions, parent training, and other scientifically supported therapeutic approaches.
